Can I bring my own RFP, RFQ, or tender?
Yes. Upload the documents for an opportunity you have already found. You do not need to use BidBlock’s opportunity search to prepare a response.
Which countries does opportunity search cover?
Built-in search currently covers UK notices from Contracts Finder, rather than every market or procurement portal. For opportunities elsewhere, bring your own documents. Available search filters include keyword, buyer, value, region, sector, and suitability for smaller businesses or voluntary and community organizations.
Will the AI invent experience we don’t have?
BidBlock uses your organization’s evidence to help draft responses and flags unsupported claims during review. AI can still make mistakes, so your team should verify the facts, evidence and commitments before submitting.
Does BidBlock submit the bid for us?
No. BidBlock helps you prepare and review your response. Your team remains responsible for the final bid and submits it through the buyer’s required channel.
